Other classes will be offered relating to the heart & lungs\, the gut and the pelvic viscera. \nThe abdominal viscera can hold impacts from the very earliest weeks of life in utero\, so it’s important to approach them with awareness and a clear\, negotiated touch. The relational nature of our biodynamic work allows for a safe engagement with these tissues and the possibility of healing in all aspects of the self. Join us for a dive into the visceral realm! \nThis class is open to everyone and will include theoretic\, practical and experiential learning.
